President and Owner
Angela Treece is the heart and driving force behind Silver Wings Care Management. She began her journey with the company in 2018 as a Care Manager and quickly discovered her true calling in Aging Life Care™. With more than 18 years of prior experience in human services and healthcare, Angela progressed to Lead Care Manager and eventually became Managing Partner before taking the helm as President and Owner in 2024. Since January 2020, Angela has held the Advanced Professional Care Manager Certification (CMC) through the National Association for Certified Care Managers (NACCM) and is a proud member of the Aging Life Care Association® (ALCA). She is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), which enables Silver Wings to offer highly specialized, person-centered care planning and robust family support for individuals living with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
Angela earned her Masters of Social work (MSW) and her Bachelor of Arts in Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities from the University of Massachusetts. Passionate, knowledgeable, and deeply compassionate, Angela leads with both expertise & heart - ensuring every family and older adult served by Silver Wings receives thoughtful, individualized, and dignified support.

Paralegal Office Manager/Assistant Care Manager
Jessica Smith joined Silver Wings Care Management in June 2023 and has since become an indispensable part of the team, serving as Office Manager and Assistant Care Manager. A certified Home Health Aide with specialized training in medical terminology, medical reception, financial management, and office administration, Jessica brings both clinical insight and operational excellence to her role. A proud Florida native, she completed her foundational education at Valencia College in Orlando and Concorde Career Institute in Tampa. Committed to lifelong learning, Jessica earned her Paralegal Certificate from the University of South Florida (USF) in August 2025 and continues to deepen her expertise through ongoing care management coursework at USF. Known for her outstanding organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities with ease, and meticulous attention to detail, Jessica ensures every aspect of our office runs smoothly and efficiently. She has quickly built warm, trusting relationships with clients, families, and care partners, earning their confidence through her dedication, compassion, and genuine passion for supporting older adults and their loved ones.
Registered Nurse
RN Care Manager
Lucas Carlaw is a seasoned Registered Nurse with more than 10 years of clinical experience across multiple high-acuity and ambulatory care settings. His background includes emergency department nursing, medical-surgical care, primary care office practice, and triage leadership roles.
As a Navy Veteran, Lucas brings a calm, decisive presence to complex and high-pressure situations, along with strong critical thinking and the ability to rapidly prioritize and organize care for multiple patients.
Lucas currently serves as a Registered Nurse Care Manager with Silver Wings Care Management, where he coordinates care plans, conducts comprehensive assessments, manages chronic conditions, facilitates communication between patients/families and healthcare teams, and helps clients navigate the healthcare system with a focus on safety, quality of life, and appropriate utilization of resources.

Operations Manager / Travel Logistics Specialist
Eric has 18 years of proven leadership experience, he oversees the operational backbone of Silver Wings Care Management, ensuring every service runs smoothly, efficiently, and with the highest standard of care. He brings 13 years of law enforcement experience as a Sergeant — where he mastered high-stakes decision-making, team coordination, crisis response, and process management — followed by 5 years in service management, sharpening his skills in operational excellence and client-focused systems.
At Silver Wings, Eric manages the day-to-day operations that allow our expert care managers to focus entirely on empowering elderly and disabled individuals and their families. As travel logisitic specialist he personally plans and coordinates domestic and international travel for clients - including luxury vacations, family reunions, medical travel, and transitional moves - turning what many older adults once thought impossible into safe, enjoyable, and stress-free experience.

Founder, Aging Life Care™ Manager, Registered Professional Guardian
Deena founded Silver Wings Care Management (formerly Deena Balogh & Associates, LLC) after working as a professional guardian for the Sixth Judicial Circuit (Pinellas and Pasco Counties). Deena identified a pressing need for complex-case care management and healthcare advocacy and discovered she has the aptitude, unique expertise, and compassion for this specialty.
Deena's previous experience includes: • Founder and owner of Avalon Inc., a health care corporation employing 600 people throughout the USA • Johnson & Johnson, Inc. – Professional Representative for medical products and devices • Manager and Officer for C Corp., and Treasurer/Consultant for two 501(c) 3 Non-Profits.
Deena has BS in Business Administration from Connecticut State University and graduated with multiple honors. Her professional memberships include: • Care Manager Certified (CMC) • Member of the Aging Life Care Association • Member of the American Association of Daily Money Managers • Certified Hospice Volunteer • Classically trained level II Reiki Practitioner.

Founder, International Care Manager, Travel Logistics Specialist
Michael Hogg came to Silver Wings Care Management after nearly 20 years of service to state and local government in Information Technology and data security positions for the City of Dunedin, Florida Department of Revenue, the Office of the State Attorney, and Hillsborough County Government.
Michael's expertise includes developing an Information Security Management Program for Hillsborough County with emphasis on HIPAA compliance. As Operational Services Security Manager, he led a team implementing technical, administrative, and physical security controls.
Professional credentials include: Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Comptia Security+, and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
Michael is active in professional organizations including: Infragard (FBI/private sector), Toastmasters, Board Member Brewster Technical Academy, and ISACA.
